The space: Looking to rent out a bedroom in a 4.5 room apartment! The apartment has three bedrooms, with a shared kitchen, dining room, and shower. The apartment also has a dishwasher, and shares a washing machine and dryer with one other household in the building. The home is centrally located, within walking distance of Bellevue, and has a Coop Migros and Denner all minutes away on foot

The room is rented with basic furnishings provided:
\- single bed frame + mattress
\- duvet and pillow
\- wardrobe for clothes
\- desk and chair.
Additional/Changes in furnishing is possible on discussion

The house is a shared flat for three people but one of us is soon moving out and we are looking to find a new tenant for their room. We are looking for anyone tidy and uncomplicated who enjoys living with others. If the space interests you, I look forward to hearing from you :)
