Hey :) wir sind eine 3er-WG und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm gross mit Blick raus ins Grüne. Ab dem 15.01. vermiete ich (Totti) mein Zimmer bis Ende Februar zur Untermiete, mit Option auf langfristige Übernahme. Das Zimmer kann während der Untermiete teilmöbliert gemietet werden. Der Bezug wäre nach Absprache auch schon am Sonntag vorher möglich.

Zur Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Es gibt einen Balkon, ein Kellerabteil sowie weitere kleine Storage Compartments in und ausserhalb der Wohnung. Zudem ist eine Putzfrau, die einmal pro Woche kommt, im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super gelegen: Der Bus fährt im Grunde direkt vor der Tür, und die Tram ist auch nicht weit. In 25 Minuten ist man auch zu Fuss am See.

Zu uns
Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit Sophia und Mikayla. Sophia arbeitet als Ärztin in Zug im Spital. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie mit dem Rennrad unterwegs, schwimmt oder ist auf Raves unterwegs. Mikayla schliesst gerade ihren Master in Agrarökonomie ab, steigt auch gerade ins Rennrad-Game ein und ist auch sonst gerne sportlich aktiv. Ansonsten schätzen beide einen gelegentlichen Plausch in der Küche oder ein WG-Dinner.

Zu dir
Wir wünschen uns eine offene, respektvolle und ordentliche Person, die Sauberkeit schätzt und Lust auf ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben hat. Austausch und ehrliche Kommunikation sind uns wichtig, gleichzeitig respektieren wir auch die gegenseitige Privatsphäre.

Hey :) we are a shared flat of three and are looking for a new female flatmate. The room is approx. 17 sqm and has a view of greenery. From January 15th, I (Totti) am subletting my room until the end of February, with the option of a long-term takeover. During the sublet, the room can be rented partially furnished. The room might be available a couple days earlier from the previous sunday on.

About the apartment
The apartment is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher as well as a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is a balcony, a cellar storage unit, and additional small storage compartments inside and outside the apartment. A cleaning service that comes once a week is included in the rent.
The apartment is also very well located: the bus basically stops right in front of the building, and the tram is not far away either. The lake can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes.

About us
You would be living together with Sophia and Mikayla. Sophia works as a doctor at the hospital in Zug. In her free time, she enjoys road cycling, swimming, or going to raves. Mikayla is currently finishing her master’s degree in agricultural economics, is also getting into road cycling, and generally enjoys staying active. Both appreciate the occasional chat in the kitchen or having a shared flat dinner.
