Hi!

At the end of April I am moving out of a ca. 60 sqm renovated shared flat near the tram station in SEEFELD. My room is available from the 21st of April(or 1st of May would need to be talked about).

You would be sharing the flat with D., she is an absolute gem. She is away a lot from home but when she is here, you will have a good time! The flat is fully furnished. Your bedroom is the largest one, not sure about the size but something like 25 sqm I guess. There is a balcony on the courtyard side. In the Kitchen you'll find a dishwasher, thermomix, a washing machine and a tumble dryer both in the house. Downstairs there is a storage room. Your room will have a big closet(!!), desk and chair, bed and I will miss this bed a lot (it is amazing). The location is absolutely stunning, super central and your morning walks with a coffee are super rewarding before you start your day.

Lake: 4 min by foot
Zurich HB: 15 min by tram
Airport: 27 min with S16 (from Tiefenbrunnen train station)

Perk: D. has two oru kayaks in the basement you are free to take with you on a 4-minute walk to the lake for your morning paddling adventures.
