(english below) Hey! Ich heisse Jasmin, bin 20 Jahre alt und suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere Altbauwohnung im wunderschönen Seefeld! ✨ Wir sind 2min vom See entfernt und mit dem Tram nur 10min vom HB.

Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Schlafzimmer (1 davon ist meines, 1 meiner Mitbewohnerin Christine und das 3. ist jetzt frei), 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, eine Küche und als Highlight eine riesige Dachterrasse! Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, ich weiss die genaue Grösse nicht, aber ich würde schätzen ca. 20 m². Zusätzlich gibt es viel Stauraum im Keller und im Estrich :)

Wir suchen jemanden, der offen und entspannt ist und den es nicht stört, wenn ab und zu mal Freunde zu Besuch sind. Uns stört es auch nicht, wenn du später am Abend kochst, duschst oder dich unterhältst, solange es natürlich nicht zu laut wird :) Ausserdem ist es wichtig, dass du auf allgemeine Sauberkeit achtest, du musst aber kein perfekter Ordnungsfreak sein ;)

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei oder spätestens 1.3.26. Die Malm Kommoden vom Bild und ein Bett sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Die Miete wäre unbefristet :)

Hey! My name is Jasmin, I am 20 years old and I’m looking for a new roommate for our apartment in the beautiful Seefeld area! We are just a 2-minute walk from the lake and only about 10 minutes from the main station by tram.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one is mine, one is my roommate Christine’s, and the third one will be available), plus a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and the highlight is a huge rooftop terrace. The rooms are very spacious, I don’t know the exact size, but I’d estimate around 20 m². There is also plenty of storage space in the basement and attic :)

We‘re looking for someone who is open and relaxed and doesn’t mind if friends come over sometimes. I also don’t mind if you cook, shower or chat late in the evening as long as it’s not too loud. It‘s important that you‘re clean but you don’t need to be a neat freak ;)

The room is available immediately or latest 1 March 2026 would also be possible. The Malm dressers from the picture and a bed are included in the rent. The rental contract is open-ended.
