Hey you! We (Frederique, Valentina, Marco and Lukas) are looking for the newest addition to our shared flat.

Some hard facts:
+ Close to public transport (Bus 33 and Tram 2/4 3 minutes, Bhf Tiefenbrunnen 7 Minutes when walking sowly 😉)
+ Coop also 3 minutes
+ Lake in shouting distance
+ 2 Roof-top terraces
+ Lots of space for all of us and to-be guests.
+ Your room features it's own bathroom!
+ Move-in would be possible anytime starting from October 1st.

This working-people shared flat is actually a lot more: we are each other's zurich family. It's a running joke and true story that people move out of here only when moving in with their partners
and if you are up for a social wg-life, you will soon understand why.
Apart from the obvious cooking and eating together when there is time (but no pressure;)), binging the next season of the walking dead on a foggy winter weekend, repainting and refurnishing parts of the flat and organizing occasional flat parties together, we like to just support one another in personal life and design the way we live together as well as the flat.

The charming small room is located on the top floor, offering an abundance of natural light, an amazing view, and direct access to a spacious terrace—perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. The space is cozy, quiet, and private, with its own bathroom (shower and toilet). It’s ideal for someone seeking comfort, privacy, and a great atmosphere, while having an active WG life two floors down.


Your future favorite flatmates:

Frederique: a 100% dutch muscle mommy that loves to cook and hosts cozy dinners with good drinks. During wintertime the mountains are calling her to go skiing, so please come along! She likes to go to the gym or play some sports, but no cardio please. She is always in for a laugh or a good chat that can turn into an apero.

Marco: is our pocket full of sunshine and the neutral Swiss pole in the flat. As a true sports enthusiast, you’re most likely to find him chilling in the ice bath on the rooftop or soaking up the sun by the lake. Always up for a laugh, but also someone you can count on. Oh, and fun fact: he’s still rocking the Bravo Hits from the 2000s like it’s nobody’s business.

Lukas: our travel agent/interior design expert is Italian at heart. He feels most comfortable with good music and or a crazy good espresso. He likes to conjure up the best carbonara in the world or go to bouldering. When he is not in Florence, Freiburg or Prague for work, he also likes to game online with his buddies or plans his holiday in the far north to fish and relax. A short chat can quickly end in a funny and intense conversation.

Valentina: a fun-sized bundle of joy who proves that the best things really do come in small packages. Don’t let her height fool you, she has more energy than most people twice her size. While Switzerland is where she lives, her heart is usually tanning somewhere by the sea. Her “coffee” is mostly plant milk with the smallest possible splash of espresso, but it keeps her going. Most of all, she loves hanging out together, whether it’s a lazy evening or a spontaneous adventure - just mention there is Aperol involved and she'll be there. (ps.: Katjes Wunderland sauer open the way to her heart if you ever need anything)

Ideally we are looking for someone who is over 25 years old and has some experience living in shared flats. We don't have any fixed schedule for cleaning, because we expect everyone to contribute their fair share in maintaining an orderly home - just common sense really :)
Also we're looking for someone who is planning to stay with us for a bit longer and wants to become an active part of our WG.
