The flat is a 5-minute walk from the Migros at Seilbahn Rigiblick Tram station and around 15min from ETH Zentrum.

* 16 m², fully furnished, bright room
* has a small desk and desktop for occasional home office
* all bills included in price

The apartment:

* shared kitchen with a dishwasher and bath as well as small dining/living room
* Laundry on the basement
* quiet neighborhood

The Roommates:

* 2 lovely roommates (26 (f) & 31 (m)) - Consulting and PhD Researcher, both very kind persons, foodies, openminded and sporty, speak Swiss German and English
* they are always happy to share open and friendly conversations in the kitchen between work and sports which keeps both mostly busy but also appreciate their personal space
* we share cleaning work every week

You:

* Friendly, respectful, tidy and calm person, preferably not a student anymore
* Between 26 and 33 years old
