Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in the very center of Zurich. The flat is located in a quiet, very lovely street in Kreis 6 close to Schaffhauserplatz with access to public transport (Tram 7, 11, 14, Bus 32, 33 under 5mins away) and very nice restaurants and Cafes close by. The location is very nice because in a few minutes you’ll get to Zurich HB (main station), Letten, Langstrasse, Oerlikon, etc. and most of it in walking distance. The flat is modern, bright and has a lovely balcony, which is currently getting ready for summer. Everything is furnished and already fully equipped. The rent is around CHF 1,530 + CHF 150 for extra costs which include almost everything you’ll need: internet, electricity, heating, water, cleaning equipment, household equipment, fee-based garbage bags (Züri Säcke). Etc. Grocery stores are in 5min walking distance (you have a Denner, Coop and a big Migro around the corner).

The room for rent is facing the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet and bright. It comes with everything you need and offers a lot of storage: bed with drawers, mattress, desk, chair, lamp, cupboard and two shelves.

Your future roommate is a very nice girl (30), who loves to travel, cook vegetarian, is a computer scientist and enthusiastic table soccer player.
