We are looking for a new flat mate for our beautiful shared flat in Kreis 6 form October 15th. The monthly rent is 1086 CHF (security deposit 1250 CHF) and includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and shared expenses for household items (cleaning supplies, oil, spices, toilet paper, etc.)

The room:
The bright room with laminate flooring and underfloor heating is approximately 14 square meters in size and is part of our renovated 5.5-room old building apartment on the 3rd floor. It includes a wardrobe that will be left in the room (for free).

The flat:
We share the large and modern kitchen with a dishwasher, the living room with a small balcony, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and laundry, and one with a toilet and shower), and a rooftop terrace with a view over the entire city. On the basement we have storage for the bikes, and one storage unit in the attic. The tram stop is right in front of the house (lines 9 and 10), and the bus stop (line 33) is just around the corner. There are several supermarket options around as well.

Who we are:
You would be sharing the apartment with Anna (31, Germany), Genesis (27, Argentina) and Anıl (37, Turkey).

Who we are looking for:
