Für das schöne WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete per sofort bzw. Mitte Sept. 2024 in einer zentral gelegenen Altbauwohnung (Hochparterre) suchen wir eine*n umgängliche*n Wochenaufenthalter*in mit Interesse an einer sympathischen aber zweckbedingten Wohngemeinschaft.

Gerne eine Person, die aus ihren Party-Tagen schon herausgewachsen ist.

Das Mietverhältnis ist ab Mietbeginn auf einen Zeitraum von 8 Monaten befristet.



Dein*e Mitbewohner*in in der Zwei-Personen-Zweck-WG ist 39, Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaftlerin, Psychologiestudentin und Sozialarbeiterin.



Das freie Zimmer ist das geräumigste der Wohnung mit einem grossen Fenster. Die Wohnung an sich ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat schöne alte Parkett- und Fliesenböden und ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was Mensch braucht. Neben dem zu vermietenden WG-Zimmer stehen zur Mitbenutzung eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badwanne, ein separates WC, eine Garderobe, etwas Platz im Estrichabteil, ein Aussensitzplatz sowie flexible Waschküchenmitbenutzung zur Verfügung.



Bei Interesse freuen wir uns über Deine Nachricht mit einigen persönlichen Worten und Dein Bewerbungsdossier mit den folgenden Unterlagen:

— Anschreiben bzw. Motivationsschreiben mit einigen persönlichen Worten und Infos zu Dir und Deinem Leben

— Betreibungs- und Strafregisterauszüge (nicht älter als drei Monate; CH oder voriges Wohnland)

— Anstellungs-/Arbeitsbescheinigung oder Studienbescheinigung

— Liquiditätsnachweise zur Garantie von Miete und Kaution (z. B. letzte Steuerrechnung und/oder letzte drei Lohnabrechnungen; falls Du deine Lebenshaltungskosten nicht selbst finanzierst, sende bitte entsprechende Nachweise der unterstützenden Stiftungen, deiner Eltern o. ä.)



Hinweis: Bitte beachtet, dass leider wirklich nur vollumfängliche Bewerbungsdossiers von Wochenaufenthalter*innen durch die Vormieterin an die Vermietung weitergegeben werden dürfen.



Aufschlüsselung Miete und Kaution:

Die Mietkosten setzen sich zusammen aus CHF 936 Grundmiete inkl. Heizkosten akonto und Teilmöblierungszuschlag, hinzukommen monatliche CHF 70 Nebenkosten akonto; die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten und beläuft sich auf CHF 1872.



Weitere Infos zum Zimmer und der Teilmöblierung:

— Die neongelbe Leiste wird noch überstrichen.

— Die Deckenlampe gehört nicht zum Mobiliar und wird noch abmontiert.

— Das Sofa gehört fix zur Teilmöblierung.

— Das Regal kann bleiben oder vermutlich unkompliziert auseinandergebaut und verstaut werden, Kleiderstange und Regaleinbau in der Niesche neben dem Ofen ebenso.

— Für die Wandniesche mit optionalem Regaleinbau stünde ein wandlanger hellbeige-weisser Vorhang zum Verkauf durch die Vormieterin zur Verfügung (wirklich nur auf Wunsch).

— Den Kachelofen kann man nicht zum Heizen verwenden, das Zimmer wird über den eingebauter Heizkörper geheizt.

Centrally located room for weekly residents in purpose-built shared flat

We are looking for a friendly weekly resident (only/mainly Mon. to Fri. resident) with an interest in a sympathetic but purpose-orientated shared flat for this nice room to sublet immediately or by mid Sept. 2024 in a centrally located old flat (mezzanine floor). Preferably someone who has already outgrown their party days.



Your future flatmate in the two-person flat share is 39, a cultural and social academic, psychology student and social worker. The tenancy is limited to a period of 8 months from the start of the rental period.



The vacant room is the most spacious in the flat with a large window. The flat itself is lovingly furnished, has beautiful old parquet and tiled floors and is well equipped with everything you need. In addition to the room for rent, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, a wardrobe, a little space in the attic, an outside seating area and flexible use of the laundry room.

— Extracts from debt enforcement and criminal records (not older than three months; CH or previous country of residence)

Note: Please be aware that unfortunately only complete application dossiers from weekly residents may be passed on from the previous tenant to the landlady. Thank you!



Rental and Deposit:

The rental costs are composed of CHF 936 basic rent incl. heating costs on account and partial furnishing surcharge, plus monthly CHF 70 supplementary costs on account; the deposit is two months' rent and amounts to CHF 1872.



Further information about the room and the partial furnishing:

— The neon yellow strip will be painted over.

— The ceiling lamp is not part of the furniture and will be removed.

— The sofa is a fixed part of the partial furniture.

— The shelf can remain or presumably be easily dismantled and stowed away, as can the clothes rail and shelf installation in the niche next to the stove.

— For the wall niche with optional shelf installation, a wall-length light beige/white curtain would be available for sale by the previous tenant (really only on request).

— The tiled stove cannot be used for heating, the room is heated via the built-in radiator.
