Zürich City: zentrales gemütliches, möbiliertes WG- Zimmer zur Untermiete für 6 Wochen (Anfangs Januar bis Ende Ferbuar)

Ich gehe für 6 Wochen auf Reisen und suche eine/n Untermieter/in für mein WG Zimmer und eine/n Mietbewohner/in für meine wunderbare Mitbewohnerin. Gerne berufstätig und > 24 Jahre.

Die Wohnung ist im Kreis 6, 10 min zu Fuss zum Hb, direkt bei der Limmat. 1 Minute zur Tram Haltestelle Beckenhof.

Zeitraum: 1.1.2026- 22.2.2026 (Daten sind flexibel)
Mietzins: 1500 Chf pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten
Gemeinsamer Wohnraum insgesamt 90cm2 -> 3,5-Zimmer Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit eigenem Waschturm, offene Küche, Balkon. Das WG- Zimmer ist 19 cm2 gross und möbiliert.

Zurich City: central, cozy, furnished shared room for sublet. (January-February)

I'm going on a trip for 6 weeks and am looking for a subtenant for my shared room and a tenant for my wonderful roommate. Happy to work and over 24 years old.

The apartment is in district 6, 10 minutes walk to the main station, right next to the Limmat. 1 minute to the Beckenhof tram stop.
Period: January 1, 2026 - February 22, 2026 (dates are flexible)
Rent: 1500 Chf per month including additional costs
Living space: 3.5-room apartment (living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with its own washing tower, open kitchen, balcony, a total of 90cm2. The shared room is ca. 19 cm2 in size and furnished.
