We are looking for a friendly and responsible new flatmate to join our shared apartment in Kreis 6.

The available room is bright and spacious approx. 19 m2 with laminate flooring and comfortable floor heating. It is part of our recently renovated 5.5 room Altbau apartment located on the 4th floor. The room will mostly be unfurnished except a few small pieces.

Our WG offers:
\- A large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage, which is perfect for cooking together or enjoying relaxed dinners.
\- A comfortable living room with a small balcony. Our cozy shared space to unwind after work, watch a movie, have a glass of wine, or simply chat. The adjoining balcony is ideal for getting some fresh air, enjoying your morning coffee, or catching a bit of afternoon sun.
\- Two bathrooms. One spacious bathroom with washing machine & tumbler, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Having two bathrooms makes mornings smooth and gives everyone enough flexibility.
\- A rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over the city. A real highlight of the apartment. It is perfect for summer evenings, relaxed weekend breakfasts, or simply enjoying the sunset with a panoramic view over the city rooftops.

The monthly rent is CHF 1307 security deposit CHF 1250 and includes all utilities heating, electricity, WiFi, weekly cleaning service, and shared household supplies cleaning products, basic groceries such as oil and spices, toilet paper, etc.

Public transport connections are excellent. Tram lines 9 and 10 stop directly in front of the building and bus line 33 is just around the corner. Various shopping options are within walking distance.

You will be sharing the apartment with Anna (PhD at UZH), Loic (Financial Analyst) and Anil (AI Engineer).
