My flatmate and I (respectively 29 and 30, South African and french) are renting out the 3rd room in our flat

We are looking for someone open minded, who like sharing a flat meaning who like to spend time altogether and not only spending time in their room.
We do like host apero/dinner with our friends, organising some game night; and sometimes party with the building (with the 3 other flats in our building) as we are all about the same age and get along.
