Hello !

We are looking for a girl flatmate (between 26&35 years) in our shared flat in Wiedekon starting from January 2nd/3rd. Minimum 6 months & preferably long term.
The flat is very central and the room costs 700 chf/month. Small costs for electricity maybe 20 chf every now and then and tv taxes per year (
obligatory in switzerland ). Several nice cafes and restaurants are around and it’s 6 mins walk to wiedekon station and 15-20 mins walk to zurich main station.
The free room has a nice balcony and is already furnished, the take over of the furniture is 500 chf (bed with mattress , desk, wardrobe), it’s required to take over the furniture.
