Student, intern, apprentice
Income lower than 30 000 CHF/year
Private liability/household insurance covering for household
2 months rent deposit

I sublet my room from 16 December - February 21st. 3-room student WG, central in the city (8004 Zürich), 570.-/month.

The apartment has:
\- 3 rooms (mine with balcony)
\- Kitchen with balcony
\- Toilet room
\- Shower/bath room
\- Shared washing machine and drying room (for the building)

It is very central in the city (bus station 4 mins) and around 10 minutes (walking) from Hardbrücke.

The room does not include the sofa (but it does include a monitor, that is a bit too big for the table though!)
