⁃ Supportive mindset (such as helping each other out occasionally) & basic common sense about respectfully living together (e.g. equal share of chores for cleanliness and proper communication on org for visitors etc.)

⁃ Non-smoker, vegetarian diet preferred

⁃ In general, a healthy lifestyle and no extensive drug/alcohol consumption
