Looking for a flatmate to share my cozy apartment located close to Bahnhof Wiedikon.
The flat consists of a spacious and bright living/dining room with a balcony, a large kitchen (with a dishwasher :) that opens to a smaller balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The building offers a bicycle garage and an elevator.
The room for rent is bright, 13m2 large, with a possibility of taking over some furniture.
The flat is located 4 mins away from Bahnhof Wiedikon, as well as tram lines 9 and 14. Both the city centre and the lake are reachable in about 15 mins by foot.
I am young professional (Irena, 31, Croatian), looking for a reliable, relaxed and friendly flatmate. I enjoy socialising and unwinding after a long day of work with a chitchat or watching Netflix (no scary shows :), as well as enjoying my own peace and quiet. I value tidiness (there is a weekly cleaning arrangement for the flat, not included in the price), and appreciate an open-minded atmosphere where any issue is solved with communication and compromise.
