Ab dem 14. Dezember (anfangs Januar auch möglich) wird in unserer 2er-WG ein Zimmer in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 4, nahe der Bäckeranlage, zur Untermiete für ein Jahr frei. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in rund 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist hell, hat einen schönen Parkettboden und liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Die Boxen ect. die auf dem Foto ersichtlich sind werden natürlich weggeräumt.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 1'000.– (exkl. EWZ). Bevorzugt vegi zu Hause.

From 14 December (also possible from early January), a room in our 2-person flat share in our 3-room flat in district 4, near the Bäckeranlage, will be available for sublet for one year. The main railway station is about a 10-minute walk away. The room is bright, has beautiful parquet flooring and is centrally located but quiet. The boxes etc. visible in the photo will of course be removed.

The rent is CHF 1,000 (excluding utilities). Preferably vegetarian at home.
