I am looking for a new female flatmate that would like to share this beautiful maisonette close to great bars and restaurants. You will be sharing the apartment with me, a postdoctoral researcher in ETHZ Hönggerberg. I am chill but like to be respected. I like the apartment to be tidy and clean, but at the same time willing to share with someone whom I can share fun and meaningful conversations with. Karin, my current flatmate, will leave the apartment at the end of September for a sabbatical year and is looking for someone to take over her room, which will be partially furnished.

* Big bedroom (16m2, upstairs) with extra space in the gallery for wardrobe/desk etc.
* Shared: spacious living room, kitchen, and extra WC downstairs, large bathroom upstairs.
* Kitchen has electric glass stove, oven, fridge + freezer, dishwasher
* Attic room for extra storage
* Shared washing machine and dryer with the whole house, no fixed schedule
* 10-min walking to S-bahn stations (Wiedikon, Giesshübel, Binz), 5 mins walking to Schmiede Wiedikon tram stop
* Selling furniture: bed + mattress, wardrobe

* You would be open to sign a co-tenant contract with me
