Der Rest der Wohnung ist wie in den Bildern vollumfänglich ausgestattet und steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar in der nähe vom Einkaufszentrum Sihlcity und Bahnhof Enge. Dein Zimmer befindet sich zur Hauptstrasse mit Tramschienen.

Du wohnst in einer 2er WG mit mir (m), gay, Asiate geboren in der CH. Ich habe keinen Putzfimmel bin dennoch ordentlich und sauber. Bin in den Finanzen tätig und hauptsächlich im Homeoffice. Neben der Arbeit bin ich oft auf dem Rennrad unterwegs im Gym oder ziehe mir einen gemütlichen Film rein. Zu meiner Last gehört das rauchen, aber nur auf dem Balkon. Ich bin eher ein ruhiger Typ, aber hab nichts gegen gelegentliches gemeinsames kochen, essen oder filmabende.

​I am renting out one furnished room in a 3.5-room apartment on the 5th floor for a minimum of 6 months. The rest of the apartment is fully equipped, as shown in the pictures, and is available for shared use. The location is excellent—directly near the Sihlcity shopping center and Bahnhof Enge. Please note that the room faces the main street with tram lines.

You will be sharing the apartment with me (m), gay, Asian, and born in Switzerland. I wouldn’t say I have a "cleaning obsession," but I am tidy and keep things clean. I work in finance and spend most of my time working from home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on my road bike, at the gym, or relaxing with a movie. My one vice is smoking, though I strictly keep it to the balcony.
