I am renting out my sunny and spacious room (ca. 19 m2) starting from the
1st of May until the end of June.

The room is in a wonderful
three-bedrooms
house, a big living room,
two bathrooms
, a well-equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony.
You will be sharing the house with David (32 y.o. working in Marketing and Flor 38 y.o. working in childcare). The environment in the house is quite chill with everyone working during the week and recharging their batteries during the weekend, so it’s definitely NOT a WG party.

* At the end of June the main tenant will leave the house, so there is the possibility to
take over the entire flat
(_ca. 3400 CHF month_) but this needs to be further discussed with the administration.

* Zurich lake 10 minutes walking
* Bus and tram stops within 100 meters
* Shared bike parking
* Zurich shared bike system station 1 minute walking
