A bright Art Nouveau apartment, 2 minutes from Bahnhof Enge, near Rentenwiese. The apartment has high ceilings and plenty of character. It takes up the entire first floor of the building and sits on a quiet residential street, just a short walk to the lake and many bars and restaurants. The apartment has a large dining room and living room, a professionally equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and basement storage. There are four bedrooms, one of which is a home office.

A spacious 20.5 m² bedroom, ideal for a single professional or a couple (Bedroom 2 on the floorplan).

– Chef and entrepreneur. She loves cooking, baking, and brewing kombucha, and often makes dinner for the flat. Warm, generous, and a calming presence.

Jérôme (29, Swiss, from Fribourg)
– Economist at the SNB. Passionate about sports (especially cycling), traveling, and hosting friends for the best fondue in Zürich. Energetic, fun-loving, and easygoing.

Mac (31, American)
– Works in development finance. Travels frequently, but when home, often hosts dinners or group activities. A big outdoors enthusiast — climbing, skiing, biking, and sailing. Engaged, dependable, and social.


The Rent

Rent and utilities for the flat total CHF 6,570. One person’s share for the available room comes to just under CHF 1,650/month. The deposit has already been covered, and a contribution is not required.


The Vibe

The flat has a warm, social energy. We enjoy cooking and sharing meals together, and often have friends over for dinners, drinks, or the occasional party. It’s the kind of home where people drop by and feel welcome. At the same time, everyone has busy schedules and travels often, so there are also stretches when it’s quiet. We keep the flat clean and organized. We’re looking for a flatmate/friend who values a home where community and independence naturally balance. We are all non-smokers, and smoking is prohibited in the building.

The priority is finding the right person, not filling the room quickly.
