Beautiful spacious bedroom available in an apartment 5 minutes walking from Bahnhof Enge. The apartment is very brightful and quiet, taking the entire first floor of the building on a quiet residential street, just a short walk away from the lake and many bars and restaurants. The apartment has a large dining and living room, four bedrooms, a professionally equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace, and basement storage. The washing machine and dryer are in the house.

Enge is one of the main train stations in Zurich having direct and frequent connections to HB and the airport among others. There is also a Coop and Migros supermarkets open everyday until 10pm, and Coop pronto until 11pm.

The flat is shared with 3 lovely Spanish girls around their 30s working and living in Zurich for more than 3 years, reason why we prefer Spanish speaking. They enjoy going to the lake, doing sports and are social and respectful. They keep a cozy home atmosphere.

The rent is CHF 1,250 CHF/month.
I’ll leave the bed which needs to be taken over and common furniture as the house is fully equipped.
Move in date is preferably early November.
