The room is fully furnished and available from 01.09 and I will also consider a temporary tenant or someone from Mo.- Fri with a negotiable rent of course.

I'm a communicative, sociable and cheerful girl, with sense of humor, an interest in new encounters and ventures. I speak English, French, Italian, of course Spanish and increasingly better in German. I love to cook and available for entertaining hours with a glass of red wine and/or a cozy dinner (on the balcony).
