A single room in a furnished shared apartment is available in Baar (canton Zug) near the train station and the city center.

The room is available immediately but for around 6 Months (until around end June 2026). The duration of the sublease is negotiable.
During this time I will move to another city for work. After that I am expected to come back to Baar.
Registration by the municipality is allowed.

The size of the room is: 4.4 x 3.3 m (15 m2).

The apartment overall is 62 m2 and includes:
\- kitchen
\- bathroom (with toilette)
\- living room
\- 1° bedroom (the one available)
\- 2° bedrooom (already occupied)
\- Small balcony

You will be sharing the apartment with a 28 years old young man that has assigned the second bedroom.
The cost includes the all costs.
A deposit of 2-months is required.
