I am looking for someone to take over my sublocation contract in Baar (ZG) ideally starting January 1st, 2025 as follows:

-7th top floor luxury penthouse of 4.5 rooms total, 130sqm, in Obermühle area;
-Flat shared with only 1 other very nice & professional person (male, 40s, german/english speaking) which is often travelling;
-Common areas shared: big living room/kitchen/terrace with spectacular view and Weber bbq, cellar;
-The sublocation is for 2x 15sqm rooms (actually, I am using 1 as bedroom, other one as office) so total 30sqm + private own bathroom (all squared in RED in the attached photos);
-Private bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer machine;
-Possibility to buy the existing furniture at very fair/reasonable price (bed, guardrobe, bedside)


Price: 2250chf/month
All included (cleaning lady 2x month, wifi, netflix/apple tv/Disney+, etc). You can register your address there.
