Es steht ein gemeinsames Bad mit Dusche zur Verfügung. Da wir dieses zu teilen, suche ich eine Person, die das Zimmer nur gelegentlich nutzt; ideal für Personen, die hauptsächlich eine praktische Wohnmöglichkeit in der Region benötigen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit schneller ÖV-Anbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Fitnessstudios und weitere Alltagsangebote sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Baar ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
