I'm looking for a roommate for my 4.5-room apartment (125 sqm) in Baar!

I'm Michael, 29 years old, originally from Bavaria, and I work full-time at a finance company in Zug. In my spare time I play ice hockey, go snowboarding or hiking in the mountains, or spend time with friends in the city.

Room
The room for rent has 15 sqm and is furnished, but you can also bring your own furniture. It has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer (which I share).

Apartment
The bright apartment (125 sqm) is modern and has a spacious, open kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room, and a sunny balcony (incl barbecue) with a view of the greenery.
In addition to a storage room and a large closet in the entrance area, there is a big basement compartment. Another room can be used as storage or as an office. There is also the option of renting a parking space in the underground garage (CHF 150.-/month).

Location
The apartment is in a green and quiet area in Baar. It is only a 10-minute walk to Baar train station with commuting options to Zurich (approx. 20 mins) and Lucerne (approx. 30 mins), and the highway can be reached in just 3 minutes.

I would like to live together in a relaxed atmosphere - I like to have a beer together after work or talk about the world, but everyone should also have their own space to relax
