Hey ich bin Amelie und studiere Biomedizin am Irchel! Ich lese gerne, zeichne und geh ins gym (Schweizerin, Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Französisch).
Das Zimmer istGross und Hell, vollständig möbeliert und mit schönen Holzboden versehen, die Wände sind hoch und reflektieren das Licht, welches reinkommt. Dies ist eine 4 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung, wir werden jeweils ein Zimmer haben und im 3. Schlafzimmer möchte ich ein Büro/home gym einrichten. Zusätzlich haben wir eine charmante Küche mit all den Hilfsmittel die man sich wünschen könnte. Ausserdem haben wir eine grosse Terassse mit Aussicht und es wäre ein Parkplatz für dich zur verfügung (80CHF Standplatz, 120CHF Garage). Bei eigenen Möbeln könnte ich das Zimmer auch für dich leeren, aber es kann auch vollständig möbeliert gemietet werden!
Ich suche mach einer netten Mittbewohnerin welche gerne sozial ist und die sich an einem Putz Plan einhalten kann (das bin ich noch vom Internat gewöhnt :)

The room is large and bright, fully furnished and with beautiful wooden floors, the walls are high and reflect the light that comes in. This is a 4 1/2 room apartment, we will each have one room and I would like to set up an office/home gym in the third bedroom. We also have a charming kitchen with all the appliances you could wish for. In addition, we have a large terrace with a view and there would be a parking space available for you (80CHF/120CHF). If you have your own furniture, I could empty the room for you, but it can also be rented fully furnished!
Im looking for a nice, female flatmate who enjoys socializing and who can stick to a cleaning schedule (I'm still used to that from boarding school :)
