The monthly rental, is for a furnished room, bathroom and living area. There is no Kitchen, so the accommodation is not suitable for someone who wants to cook. There is a Microwave and a Kettle available. However, if more household items are required, this can be discussed/requested.

Short rental periods are also possible.

Bus stop and train station are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Zug, Baar and Cham are 10 minutes away.
5 -10 Minutes to the Freeway.
Zugerland and other shopping facilities, restaurants, library and Local Community are all within walking distance.

Internet, heating, water and Electricity are included in the rent.
