My name is Wiktoria and I’m looking for a nice person to take my place in cozy apartment in Meggen.
It’s located in a very calm area, 3 minutes walking from the lake, shops and restaurants, bus, train station and bakery.
There is a huge balcony to enjoy sunsets with Pilatus view.
Very friendly and calm neighbours,
there is possibility to own a part of vegetable garden to grow your own food, in the building you can also rent a room for your guests and a party room in a very fair price.
In this 100m2 apartment there are 2 same size bedrooms (between there is a living room), all connected with a huge balcony with a view on the mountains, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 extra room.
You can also rent extra a parking spot outside and inside.
There is a basement and a big laundry room, also a place for bicycles.

Price for the rent is 1200 chf with all included.

My flatmate is a lovely and helpful person. We spent many hours in the kitchen cooking together so if you like good Italian food, you will be happy here :) We are flexible about visit hours and days.
