Ich, Dominic (22), vermiete ein WG-Zimmer im Zentrum von Root. Mit der Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre ist man sehr gut verbunden und kommt innerhalb von 30 Minuten nach Luzern oder Zug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Migros oder Coop, sind zu Fuss innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
In der Wohnung sind grundsätzlich keine Haustiere erlaubt, da die Wohnung über einer Metzgerei liegt, doch die Vermieterin ist flexibel und ich persönlich habe auch einen Papagei. Die Wohnung ist, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen, grösstenteils schon Möbliert, doch ich bin sehr offen für Anpassungen in geteilten Räumen :\]

Zu mir: Ich, Dominic, bin eine ruhige und zurückgelehnte Person, welche gerne in Ruhe zu Hause Videospiele spielt und gerne Filme/Serien schaut. Des Weiteren gehe ich auch gerne mit Freunden in ein Café oder in eine Bar am Abend. Wie oben erwähnt, habe ich (im Moment noch) einen Papagei namens Pera, der in meinem Zimmer frei herumfliegt und das Zuhause lebendig und interessant macht.

Als WG-Partner*in suche ich eine Person, welche für WG-Aktivitäten offen ist, aber trotzdem auch ihre eigene Ruhe von Zeit zu Zeit gern hat und dementsprechend auch die Grenzen von Anderen wertschätzt. Am wichtigsten ist aber, dass du eine offene und respektvolle Person bist, die keine Intoleranz gegenüber anderen Gruppen duldet

I, Dominic (22), am renting a room in a shared flat in the center of Root. With the bus stop right outside the front door, you are very well connected and can get to Lucerne or Zug within 30 minutes. Grocery shops, such as Migros or Coop, can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment as it is located above a butchery, but the landlady is very easy going about it and I personally have a parrot too. The apartment is, as you can see in the pictures, mostly already furnished, but I am very open to adaptations in shared rooms :\]



About me: I, Dominic, am a quiet and laid back person who likes to play video games and watch movies/series in peace at home. I also enjoy going out with friends to a café or bar in the evening. As mentioned above, I (currently) have a parrot called Pera who flies around my room freely and makes the home lively and interesting.



As a roommate, I am looking for someone who is open for doing shared activities, but still likes to have their own peace and quiet from time to time and accordingly appreciates the boundaries of others. Most importantly, you must be an open and respectful person who does not accept intolerance towards other groups
