About the flat:
The apartment is well-located, fully furnished in the common areas, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable daily living. The available room is private and currently unfurnished — however, there is some furniture available for sale (not visible in the pictures), in case you're interested. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have a shared living space where we often hang out or cook together. A washing machine is available, and the building is quiet and well-maintained.

Who you’d be living with:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Armand (26, from France), an engineer, and Marcel (27), who works in consulting. We’re both easy-going, clean, respectful, and enjoy a good conversation after work. Whether it’s a shared dinner or a relaxed evening, we appreciate a friendly and warm home atmosphere.

Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for someone around our age (mid/late 20s), ideally with a fixed work contract, and planning to stay long-term. If you’re positive, tidy, respectful, and value a peaceful and sociable living environment, we’d love to hear from you!
