We are looking for an open minded and self-aware 4th flatmate to share our cozy 4-story house in the Baden Altstatt. We are in our early 30ies. We have diverse personalities and interests, yet we like to embrace our differences and learn from each other. We value open communication and peaceful coexistence. There is always enough space around the house for spontaneous catch ups, organized events or collaboration projects. We engage and share as much of our time as we want with others, it's a very individual choice.
A bedroom is free from the 1st July (but we could discuss earlier possible moving dates). The price includes all expenses (also a bi-weekly cleaning service of the common area).
To respect our and your time, we will only invite a few people for a “WG speed dating apero”. We will start with the tour of the house, follow up with a quick 1:1 interview round and end with a casual, social evening.
