Hallo zusammen! Wir suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in. Die Miete ist ab Dezember zu zahlen, aber du kannst schon früher einziehen, wenn du bei der Renovierung des Hauses mithilfst ;) Wir werden insgesamt 4 Mitbewohner:innen sein. Das noch freie Zimmer ist das grösste und kostet 700 CHF. Es liegt nicht in Basel, sondern in Pratteln, hat aber viele Vorteile:

1\. Garten mit Grill, Liegestühlen, Obstbäumen und zwei Sitzbereichen. Ausserdem ein Schuppen für Fahrräder und andere Sachen.

2\. Atelier-Raum. Im Keller gibt es einen grossen und einen kleinen Raum mit vielen Werkzeugen, in denen jeder seinen eigenen Atelierbereich haben kann. Wir haben bereits einen 3D-Drucker, eine elektronische Werkbank und eine Holzwerkbank und sind gespannt, was du mitbringst.

3\. Wir teilen uns das gesamte Erdgeschoss. Die Küche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer für uns alle, mit sogar etwas Platz zum Tanzen, falls wir eine Party organisieren sollten (= … Und wir haben ein Gästezimmer.

Das Haus befindet sich im hübschen alten Zentrum von Pratteln. Pratteln ist 9 Minuten mit dem Zug von Basel entfernt. Vom Haus aus sind es ebenfalls 7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof. Der Coop ist ganz in der Nähe. Leider habe ich noch keine aussagekräftigen Bilder, dies erst ab November, da das Haus im Moment geräumt wird. Aber ich zeige es dir gerne! Schreibe mir gern zuerst etwas zu dir. Gerne auch, wie du gedenkst, das Atelier im Keller zu benützen.
Deine Mitbewohner sind ein Elektronikingenieur (39), eine Künstlerin und Designerin (42) und eine Studentin der Geschichte und Germanistik (23).

We are looking for a roommate. The rent is payable from December, but you can move in earlier if you help with the renovation of the house ;) There will be a total of 4 roommates. 3\. We share the entire ground floor. The kitchen and a large living room for all of us, with even some space to dance if we decide to organize a party (= ... And we have a guest room.

The house is located in the pretty old center of Pratteln. Pratteln is 9 minutes by train from Basel. It is also a 7-minute walk from the house to the train station. The Coop is very close by. Unfortunately, I don't have any meaningful pictures yet, as the house is currently being cleared out. But I'd be happy to show it to you! But write to me first something about yourself.
