Zimmer


Ab Dezember wird ein ca. 20m2 grosses, unmoebliertes Zimmer frei - mit Holzboden, grossem Fenster und direktem Zugang zum suedseitigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Baeume und die Birs.
Die Wohnung (4. Stock) hat eine grosse Kueche mit kleinem Balkon, ein gemuetliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und 60L-Aquarium, sowie getrennte Dusche und WC. Highlight ist der grosse Balkon mit Blick ueber die Birs - perfekt fuer Sommerabende!
Super Lage: Denner, Coop, Migros und Baeckerei sind um die Ecke, und in 15 Min. bist du mit Velo oder Tram am SBB.


WG-Leben


Wir sind Andrea (27), Andras (28) und Lorenz (33) - Aerztin, Doktorand in Pflanzengenetik und Qualitaetsmanager. Wir arbeiten alle Vollzeit, kochen aber ab und zu zusammen oder sitzen auf ein Bier/Spiel auf dem Balkon. Andras hat auch einen Schrebergarten, wo wir alle willkommen sind.
Am Wochenende ist meist jemand unterwegs, aber gelegentlich unternehmen wir auch was zusammen. Obwohl wir eine Putzfrau haben, ist uns Sauberkeit wichtig.


Sonstiges


Wir suchen eine offene, entspannte und saubere Person, die Lust auf gemeinsames, aber unverbindliches WG-Leben hat - gern laengerfristig.

Room


From December, a ~20m2 unfurnished room will become available - with wooden flooring, a large window, and direct access to the south-facing balcony overlooking the trees and the River Birs.
The flat (4th floor) has a spacious kitchen with a small balcony, a cosy living room with a sofa, TV, and a 60L aquarium, plus separate shower and toilet. The highlight is definitely the large balcony with a view over the Birs - perfect for summer evenings!
Great location: Denner, Coop, Migros, and a bakery are just around the corner, and it’s only 15 minutes by bike or tram to the SBB station.


Flatshare Life


We’re Andrea (27), Andras (28), and Lorenz (33) - a doctor, a PhD student in plant genetics, and a quality manager. We all work full-time but like to cook together occasionally or hang out on the balcony over a beer or a game. Andras also has an allotment garden where we’re all welcome to join in.
On weekends, at least one of us is usually away, but we still enjoy going on trips or into town together every now and then. Even though we have a cleaning lady, cleanliness is still important to us.

We’re looking for an open-minded, easy-going, and tidy person who enjoys living in a shared flat - ideally for the long term.
