Hallo ich suche ab dem 1.Februar 2026 (unbefristet) eine Mitbewohner:in in meiner 3.5 Zi - Wohnung in St.Johann. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und hat einen eigenen Balkon und ist ca 12m^2 gross. Dazu gibt es eine gemütliche Küche und ein Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer, welches momentan als Schlafzimmer genutzt wird. Du kannst gerne mithelfen dieses einzurichten. Als weiteren Stauraum gibt es ein Estrichabteil sowie ein Kellerabteil. Im Keller befindet sich ebenfalls die gemeinsam genutzte Waschküche.

Zu Mir: Ich bin Silvan 28 schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit und beginne im Frühjahr als Ingenieur zu arbeiten. Bin eigt viel unterwegs, aber wenn ich zu Hause bin mach ich es mir gerne gemütlich. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne in die Berge oder aufs Velo. Gerne können wir den Tag bei einem Bier ausklingen lassen und ab und an mal zusammen kochen. Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch, will Dir aber keine Essgewohnheiten aufzwingen.

Zu Dir: Ich stelle mir eine Person vor, die sauber, ordentlich und zuverlässig ist. Idealerweise ist das nicht deine erste WG Erfahrung.

About Me:
I’m Silvan, 28 years old. I am currently finishing my Master’s thesis and will start working as an engineer in the spring. I am out and about quite a bit, but when I am at home, I like to keep things cozy. In my free time, I enjoy heading to the mountains or going for bike rides. I’d love to end the day with a beer every now and then or cook together occasionally. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I have no intention of imposing my eating habits on you.
I am fluent in german, spanish, english and italian.

About You:
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and reliable. Ideally, this won't be your first time living in a shared flat (WG).
