Hallo zusammen!

wir vermieten zwei Zimmer in einer 3er WG zur Zwischenmiete bis zum 31. Januar da sich die WG dann auflöst. Das Inserat ist für das kleinere der beiden Zimmer (11 qm) und ist voll möbliert, so wie ihr es auf den Bildern seht. Dieses Zimmer ist ab sofort zu vermieten. Das andere ist grösser (aber auch teuer) und erst ab dem 15.12. verfügbar, schaut euch doch gerne das Inserat dazu an.

Der letzte verbleibende ständige Mitbewohner ist Eduardo (m, 29) aus Portugal der gerade sein Doktorat an der Uni Muttenz in Chemie macht. Er ist ein sehr umgänglicher Typ und freut sich sehr über aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner für die restliche Zeit :) Ich selbst bin Stefan und schon ausgezogen, bin aber aktuell noch Hauptmieter und würde mit euch die Mietverträge machen :)

Die Wohnung ist im St. Johannsquartier (Landskronstrasse), hat alles was man braucht mit Wäschekeller und Fahrradkeller. Von dort aus kommt man leicht in alle Richtungen über den Voltaplatz (4 min) oder Mühlhauserstrasse (2 min). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug in der Gegend.

Hello everyone!

We are renting out two rooms in a 3-person shared apartment for temporary rent until January 31, as the shared apartment will then be dissolved. The ad is for the smaller of the two rooms (11 square meters) and is fully furnished, as you can see in the pictures. This room is available for rent immediately. The other room is larger (but also more expensive) and will only be available from December 15 onwards, feel free to take a look at the ad (LINK).

The last remaining permanent roommate is Eduardo (m, 29) from Portugal, who is currently doing his doctorate in chemistry at the University of Muttenz. He is a very sociable guy and would be very happy to have open-minded roommates for the rest of his stay :) My name is Stefan and I have already moved out, but I am currently still the main tenant and would sign the rental agreements with you :)

The apartment is in the St. Johannsquartier (Landskronstrasse) and has everything you need, including a laundry room and bicycle storage. From there, you can easily get anywhere via Voltaplatz (4 min) or Mühlhauserstrasse (2 min). There are also plenty of shopping opportunities in the area.
