Room for Rent – 1 Bedroom Available

The room is shown in the last pictures, and most of the furniture in the flat will be taken by the current flatmate when they move out. However, there are some pieces we might keep if we can agree on a price.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
• Female in her 20s
• Neat and hygienic (this is very important!)
• Quiet and respectful of shared spaces
• Has a stable income
• Able to provide a 2-month deposit

A bit about me:
I’m 26 from Budapest Hungary, open, motivated, cooperative.
I work in gastronomy and mostly chill at home studying or go to the gym. I’m also thinking about turning the living room into a fitness room, so it’d be great if you’re on board with that! I consider myself a quiet and neat person and am looking for someone similar to share the space with. I speak both German and English, so communication should be easy!

Location & flat perks:
• The flat is in a great location with Coop and Denner just a 3-minute walk away.
• There’s a garden (see pictures) that we share with the neighbors below us.
• The building only has two apartments, so it’s very quiet and peaceful.
