The room is furnished (bed, working table and chair, lamps, and a clothes wardrobe) and is bright and sunny located on the 1st floor of a beautifully renovated old apartment building. The toilet and bath area are separate, adding more flexibility to living. Some part of one of the cellars can also be shared if needed.

The additional costs (plus CHF 175) include bed linen, bath towels, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, obligatory radio and TV fee, shared use of modern kitchen, dining room and living room, huge balcony outside and sprawling shared courtyard with a few other buildings, laundry room including detergent and ironing station as well as cleaning of the room and all shared rooms. There is a bicycle docking stand outside in the front.

The building residents are a mix of young and old and the building itself is a very peaceful setting. Weekly stays are also welcome. Move in by arrangement.
