Hallo!
Ich bin Irina (21, w) und suche eine*n Untermieter*In während meiner Saisonstelle. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und wird nur temporär von Mai/Juni bis und mit August/September vermietet. Ich bin relativ flexibel mit den exakten Ein- und Auszugsdatum.



Du wirst während der Untermiete mehr Zeit mit meinen WG-Mitbewohnern Robin & Aleksa verbringen als mit mir.

Sie sind beide sehr nett und offen, helfen dir gerne weiter bei Fragen, mögen den Kontakt miteinander, sind aber auch gerne selbst beschäftigt.

Ich, Robin (29, m) bin in Ittigen bei Bern aufgewachsen und habe Englisch und Informatik studiert. Ich arbeite als Software Engineer zu 80% und geniesse die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, sowie den kurzen Arbeitsweg.
Neben dem Bouldern spiele ich Warhammer 40'000. Daher findet man mich dementsprechend oft im Zimmer am Modellfiguren anmale. Damit das Informatiker Klischee auch vervollständigt wird: Ich verbringe auch in meiner Freizeit gerne Zeit am Computer.
Im Sommer bin ich gerne am Aareböötle, also keine Sorge, ich bekomme auch etwas Sonne ab.

Ich, Aleksa (29, m), habe Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaft studiert und arbeite bei der Bundesverwaltung.
Ich komme aus Wallis und spreche auch Französisch und andere Sprachen:) Ich spiele Volleyball und schaue gerne LotR. Im Winter bin ich gerne auf der Piste und im Sommer am Aareschwimmen – der Apero darf bei mir nicht fehlen.

Wir essen gerne zusammen Znacht, plaudern über unseren Tag und lachen zusammen. Wir gehen aber auch gerne unseren individuellen Hobbies nach.


Was die WG bietet:
- dein Zimmer mit ca. 10.5 m² und eigenem Balkon (3m²) in unserer etwa 116m² grossen WG
- gemeinsamer Balkon mit Grill und Abendsonne beim Wohnzimmer
- grosser Wohnbereich mit Esstisch, Sofa und Beamer
- moderne, gut eingerichtete Küche
- zwei Bäder mit jeweils WC und Dusche / Badewanne
- Waschmaschine und Tumbler direkt in der Wohnung
- einige Einbauschränke im Eingangsbereich
- Keller mit Stauraum und Velokeller
- Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt


Wo liegt unsere WG?
- In Wabern, nahe Tramstation Sandrain
- Tram: in 8min am HB Bern
- Velo: ca. 10 min bis zum HB Bern, ca. 5min zur Aare
- zu Fuss: ca. 10 min zu Fuss zum Coop, ca. 5 min zur Gurtenbahnstation


Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn:
- du Nichtraucher*In bist
- eine unkomplizierte Person bist, die am Zusammenleben interessiert ist aber auch gerne mal Zeit für sich hat
- du dich gerne an einen Putzplan hältst, aber auch mal flexibel bist, wenn das Leben dazwischenkommt

Hello!
I’m Irina (21, f) and I’m looking for a subtenant during my seasonal job. The room is furnished and will be rented out temporarily from May/June until the end of August/September. I’m relatively flexible with the exact move-in and move-out dates.

During your stay, you’d be spending more time with my flatmates Robin & Aleksa than with me.
They are both very friendly and open, happy to help with questions, enjoy socializing, but also like having their own space. They’ll tell you more about themselves below:

I, Robin (29, m), grew up in Ittigen near Bern and studied English and Computer Science. I work as a Software Engineer at 80% and enjoy the flexible working hours as well as the short commute.

I, Aleksa (29, m), studied Law and Economics and work for the federal administration.
I’m originally from Valais and also speak French and other languages :) I play volleyball and enjoy watching LotR. In winter, I love hitting the slopes, and in summer, I enjoy swimming in the Aare – with an aperitif, of course!

We enjoy having dinner together, chatting about our day, and laughing together but we also like pursuing our individual hobbies.

- In Wabern, near Sandrain tram stop
- Tram: 8 minutes to Bern main station
- Bike: about 10 minutes to Bern main station, about 5 minutes to the Aare
- Walking: about 10 minutes to Coop, about 5 minutes to Gurtenbahn station


You’re a good fit if:

- You’re an easygoing person who’s interested in communal living but also enjoys some alone time
- You’re happy to stick to a cleaning schedule but can also be flexible when life gets in the way
