I have 1 room that is not being used and are furnished.
- one on the basement, fully furnished, that offers more privacy and with its own dedicated bathroom
- the room has a really comfy convertible sofa, or a bed can be added if you prefer (and there is plenty of space)
- the Floor is heated
- there is a large door, that provides direct light and access to the garden
The rooms offers access to the kitchen, living room, garden, etc.
There is a parking lot outside with space for a car.
The house is 5 minutes walking distance from 2 tram lines (6, 8 and bus 40). There is no need for a car, as you will be in the city center within 10 minutes.
Note that I do have an indoor cat that loves cuddling and will need feeding when I am not here.
Internet, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning services are included.
Preference for a lady, to keep the house to a women’s place.
