Perfekt! Ich (m, 36) ziehe zurück nach Zürich, bleibe beruflich aber noch mit Bern verbunden. Deshalb möchte ich aus meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung im Breitenrainquartier eine Teilzeit-WG machen. Du würdest die Wohnung Vollzeit bewohnen, während ich ca. 1x pro Woche da wäre (im kleinsten Zimmer, ca. 5m2). Die Wohnung kommt mehrheitlich unmöbliert – du könntest also nach deinem Geschmack einrichten.

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin WG-erprobt, gerne in der Natur und in der Stadt unterwegs, mache viel Sport (im Sommer oft auf dem Rennrad unterwegs), bin vielseitig interessiert (Politik, gesellschaftliche Themen, Literatur..) und einem geselligen Abendessen meistens nicht abgeneigt (koche ab und zu auch selbst).

Are you looking for a beautiful old apartment in the Breitenrain neighborhood? Do you have some nice and stylish furniture (ideally a few plants too) and appreciate a clean and well-organized home? You don't mind living alone most of the time and sharing the apartment with me about once a week?

Perfect! I (m, 36) am moving back to Zurich, but will still be working in Bern. I would therefore like to turn my 3-room apartment in the Breitenrain neighborhood into a part-time shared flat. You would live in the apartment full-time, while I would be there about once a week (in the smallest room, approx. 5m2). The apartment comes mostly unfurnished - so you could furnish it according to your taste.

Briefly about me: I am used to living in shared flats, enjoy being out in nature as well as in the city, do a lot of sports (often on my road bike in summer), have a wide range of interests (politics, social issues, literature...) and am usually not averse to a sociable dinner (I also cook myself from time to time).
