You can expect an unfurnished room of 16m2 with a built-in wardrobe. The room is located on the 3rd floor and has its own balcony.
The approximately 80m2 apartment with parquet flooring and high ceilings has a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a cozy living room, which invites you to linger with a dining table and a sofa corner. There is enough storage space in the basement and a shared washing machine (without schedule).
Right around the apartment, the new "in-district" is developing in Bern, with many restaurants, bars, and a specialty coffee maker just around the corner. Coop and Migros as well as public transportation are only a 1-minute walk away, from there you are 5 minutes away from the train station, or you can walk 15 minutes.
I am Lisa (female, 36) and I work in the IT department of Migros in Zurich. I am there on site for 2 days and I work from home office for three days. In my free time, I am very active, whether in the mountains, at the gym, climbing, or biking. I enjoy cooking and I'm always up for a chat over a drink or two.
