* The apartment is surprisingly affordable and well situated on a quiet street – 10 minutes on foot to Eigerplatz and 13 minutes to Bern train station by public transport.
* We share a kitchen, bathroom, and small balcony within the apartment.
* There’s also access to a small shared garden, a basement for storage, and a laundry room in the building.


WITH WHOM?



* Your future flatmate Maria (she/her – speaks English, Russian, and a bit of German) just finished a master’s degree at HKB in Expanded Theater. She is kind, interesting, respectful (and clean!).
* The available room is Andrea’s, as she is going to Italy for a few months. Maria will stay in the flat, and we’re looking for two new flatmates – one to take Andrea’s room (this one) and another for the second available room. An ad for the other room is also online on this platform.
* Life in the flat is calm and pleasant – you’ll have space to rest and privacy, as well as the chance to share nice moments chatting in the kitchen.


FUTURE ROOMMATE



* We’re looking for a kind and fun woman to join the flat for a fixed period from January 15th to August 15th (flexible).

* Die Wohnung ist überraschend günstig und liegt ruhig und zentral – 10 Minuten zu Fuss bis Eigerplatz, 13 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Bern mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
* Wir teilen uns Küche, Bad und einen kleinen Balkon.
* Ausserdem gibt es einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten, einen Keller zur Mitbenutzung und eine Waschküche im Gebäude.


MIT WEM?



* Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Maria (sie/ihr – spricht Englisch, Russisch und ein bisschen Deutsch) hat kürzlich ihren Masterabschluss an der HKB in Expanded Theater gemacht. Sie ist freundlich, interessant, respektvoll (und ordentlich!).
* Das verfügbare Zimmer ist Andreas Zimmer, da sie für ein paar Monate nach Italien geht. Maria bleibt in der Wohnung, und wir suchen zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen – eine für Andreas Zimmer (dieses hier) und eine weitere für das zweite freie Zimmer.Eine Anzeige für das andere Zimmer ist ebenfalls hier auf der Plattform online.
* Das Leben in der WG ist ruhig und angenehm – du hast genug Raum für dich selbst und Privatsphäre, aber auch die Möglichkeit, in der Küche gemütliche Gespräche zu führen.
