I’m Fammi and I’m looking for someone to
sublet my room for short periods during the coming months
, as I have several holidays/trips planned.

Date available:
a) 19th Sept to 30th sept - CHF300
b) 16th Nov to 14th Dec - CHF750
c) 10th Feb to 29th Feb - CHF550

The apartment is very conveniently located:
• ~15 min walk from Bern main station
• ~5 min walk from Inselspital
• Migros: ~2 min walk
• Coop & Denner: ~5 min walk

The apartment & area

The neighbourhood is really nice, calm and quiet, while still being very close to the city centre and everything you might need.
The apartment also offers:
• A place to safely store your bike
• Laundry facilities that are generally very easy and flexible to use — no stressful laundry schedule
• A comfortable and well-connected location

Flatmates

You would be sharing the apartment with very nice and friendly flatmates (Michele, 27y and Amanda 25y). They are respectful, clean and easy-going, and the atmosphere in the apartment is generally relaxed and peaceful.
Since I’ll be travelling several times over the next few months, I’m mainly looking for
short-term subtenants during the periods when I’m away
