Description

I'm renting out my bedroom in the La Gradelle region.

With the room comes a shared 2'5 piece apartment on the ground floor of a wooden chalet. That's the room, bathroom, decent-sized kitchen, the entry, a terrace and a danish roommate.

The general area is peaceful. The house is a 4-minute walk from the busses 1 and 9 and 10 minutes from the Voie Verte. A 10 min bike ride can bring you to Place des Eaux-Vives and Parc de la Grange. We've also got Migros and Coop 5-10 minutes from the house.

The bedroom and kitchen are fully furnished with room for food stuff and any specialized or sentimental kitchen objects you can't do without.

I also take care of the cost of general ammenities, so the price indicated includes electricity, heating, water, general civil-liability insurance, as well as that silly tv-license fee they send us at the start of the year.
I also share my internet solution cost-free.

I'd love it if you could write a bit about about yourself in english or french, when you make first contact. The default "Hello, when can I see the room" messages get so drab after a while :)

We share the house with the owners who live on the first floor as well as another tenant who lives in the basement, so the walls can occasionally get lively when the grandkids are around.

We accept all genders/orientations/nationalities/and cultural groups here. A kind soul and a matching vibe is the only requirement. Some level of cleanliness also appreciated.

Private room size: 11,7m2 including wall closets.
Terrace size: 12m2 (extra).

Note 1: Due to the work related to find a new roommate I heavily prioritize applications which are looking to stay for at least one year.

Note 2: I'm afraid that the landlords do not allow me to take more than one tenant, so couples looking to both move in will unfortunately not work (weekend visits and such are fine). They're equally immovable on the subject of pets and smoking at home.
