Sublet period
• Available from 1st February until 1st June
• Flexible start date anytime from February onwards
• Preference for someone who can stay for the full period, but shorter stays can be discussed

Financials
• 2 months’ rent required as a security deposit
• Deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, assuming no damage
