I'm looking for someone to take over my shared-room lease starting from April. It is located in a separate floor with spacious room, the house owner is very nice. Living space is private, all furnished with private bathroom, fridge and microwave. Shared kitchen on the middle floor. Access to washing/drying machine. 20min from the centre of Lausanne and 45min from EPFL. Great view with garden, can see the mountain and lake.
Requirement: EPFL/UNIL student preferred. Non-smoking. Long-term contract for at least 1 year.
