Hello! A room is becoming available in our shared flat in Montelly, Lausanne, from 1 November! An earlier move-in may also be possible, to be discussed :)

The flat: CHF 1,100/month. 3rd floor (no lift), M1 nearby and bus 16, with Migros, Denner and a pharmacy close by. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, laundry room in the building and a cellar.

You’d share it with an EPFL Life Sciences (SV) student. It’s a calm and pleasant flatshare, so we’re looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going :)

Your room: spacious and bright, with 2 windows, furnished with a bed and wardrobe, plus access to a balcony.

The room is rented through an agency, so the new tenant must take over the lease directly with the agency. A stable financial situation or Swiss guarantor and a recent registre des poursuites are required.
