I’m looking for someone to take over the LEASE of my room in a shared apartment in Lausanne, starting immediately. You would have a contract directly with the agency paying 850 francs per month, everything included. The apartment is bright and spacious, with a beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Geneva — it’s honestly one of the best parts of the place, especially on sunny days.

You’ll be living with four friendly roommates who are all either studying or working. The flat is mainly French-speaking, but everyone also speaks English, so it’s an easy and welcoming environment for both locals and international students or professionals. We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s cooking a meal, chatting in the kitchen, or just relaxing after a long day, but we also really respect each other’s space and independence. It’s a nice balance between being social and having your own quiet time.

The room is available immediately as a lease takeover. It is 25 square meters big, has a balcony and many closets for storage. The apartment has two floors and 2 bathrooms, yet only one shower. We also have a living room with a balcony, a dining room and a kitchen.

Je cherche quelqu’un pour reprendre le BAIL de ma chambre dans une colocation à Lausanne, disponible tout de suite. Tu aurais un contrat directement avec la régie, pour 850 francs par mois, tout compris. L’appartement est lumineux et spacieux, avec un super balcon qui donne sur le lac Léman — franchement, c’est l’un des meilleurs atouts de l’appart, surtout quand il fait beau.

Tu vivras avec quatre colocs sympas qui étudient ou travaillent. L’appart est principalement francophone, mais tout le monde parle aussi anglais, donc c’est un environnement facile et accueillant, que tu sois étudiant·e ou jeune pro, suisse ou international·e. On aime bien passer du temps ensemble, cuisiner, discuter dans la cuisine ou se poser après une longue journée, mais on respecte aussi beaucoup l’espace et l’indépendance de chacun. Il y a un bon équilibre entre moments chill ensemble et tranquillité.

La chambre fait 25 m², elle a son propre balcon et beaucoup de placards pour le rangement. L’appartement est sur deux étages, avec deux salles de bain (mais une seule douche). On a aussi un salon avec balcon, une salle à manger et une cuisine.
